The Executive Officer may, on the grounds of financial hardship or in the interests of justice, waive, reduce, refund or defer the tribunal fee.

How to Apply

An application must be made for the Application for Waiver, Reduction or Postponement of Fees form to the State Administrative Tribunal Registry located at Level 6, 565 Hay Street, Perth WA 6000 or by fax on 9425 2268. The Forms need to be submitted to the Tribunal Registry in person, by mail at this address or by fax.

Eligibility

Holders of a Pensioner Concession Card, Health Care Card, Commonwealth Seniors Health Card, Department of Veterans’ Affairs cards, and those who can demonstrate they would experience financial hardship if required to pay the full fee.
