Public Housing - Amenities Fee discount for heating
The Department will provide a heating appliance to designated seniors and disability accommodation within cold winter climate zones (eg. Metropolitan Area, South-West, Great Southern, Peel, Goldfields-Esperance, Wheatbelt and parts of the MidWest). Where a heating appliance is supplied to other types of accommodation tenants will be required to pay a hire fee.
