This can be by way of telephone calls to third parties, preparation of letters or preparation of court documents.  Court documents are only prepared where the client has the capacity to represent themselves and progress their legal issues. A small fee can apply or it may be waived in cases of financial hardship. Where a fee does apply, it will be $5.00 for concession card holders or $20.00 for people who are working.
