Public Trustee Will Drafting Service
Wills are drafted, signed and witnessed during an appointment. If Wills for a couple are substantially similar, there is a discount. If subsequent work is required, the Public Trustee charges a standard hourly legal rate. Additional incidental charges for out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Public Trustee may also be payable. Please bring photo identification and a list of assets, as well as the full names, dates of birth and addresses of beneficiaries to the Wills appointment.
