Taxi Users’ Subsidy Scheme - TUSS

Eligible members, unless placed in the temporary category, will be granted membership for an initial five year period. Members are provided with a membership card and a book of vouchers. The vouchers can be used in all taxis including the multi-purpose taxis (MPTs) which are wheelchair accessible. Additional voucher books will be issued on presentation of the re-order voucher located 10 pages from the back of the voucher book.

How to Apply

If, based on the eligibility criteria above you believe you may be eligible, please complete a Taxi Users' Subsidy Scheme Application form which is available online. You will need to visit your doctor as part of this process and provide two passport-sized photographs. Send the completed application form and the two passport-sized photographs to Passenger Services GPO Box C102 Perth WA 6839. Please allow four weeks for the processing of your application.
